Inside, you’ll find traditional floor maltings working with direct-fired stills - a unique combination for Islay - alongside cutting-edge facilities that allows for incredible creativity. The team is gearing up to produce four unique spirits, each bursting with Islay character, using a mix of malting techniques, mashing profiles, yeasts, and fermentation times. This is whisky-making at its most adventurous.
